A complete walk-around sales presentation developed through the course of the training, giving the salespeople the knowledge and confidence to effectively market these bikes, manage customer objections, and close the sales. Once training was completed, each salesperson was tested on their knowledge of the program and certified as a Buell Sales Professional. |
